We here at the Herald bring you news from the Buffyverse on a daily basis. Today is a day that is very bittersweet.

As many of you probably already know, Andy Hallet (Lorne aka The Host) passed away Sunday night after a five year battle with heart disease. He was only 33. I know I speak for all of fandom when I say that our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.

In happier news, Alyson Hannigan and Alexi Denisof welcomed daughter Satyana on the 24th, which was also Alyson's birthday. We wish them all the best with their new baby.
